Pre-Registration Deadline

  • Each paper should be registered by an author or presenter with a completed payment of the registration fee by Friday, September 20, 2024 KST.
    Only the accepted papers with proper registration can be presented in NVMTS 2024 and published in the conference proceedings.
  • All conference participants are strongly recommended to register in advance through the Online Registration System.
  • NVMTS 2024 provides a Pre-Registration Fee until Friday, September 20, 2024 KST to generate discounted rates of the registration fee for those highly interested in the conference. Online Pre-Registration is highly recommended to all participants of the conference.
  • Please refer to Invitation Letter page and Visa Information page for more information on VISA.

※ The conference uses one system for paper submission and registration. If you already created an account during paper submission period,
    please proceed right away with logging in.

Methods of Payment

By Credit Card

Credit cards of VISA, MASTER, JCB, UNIONPAY, and AMEX are accepted.
  • (Participants from Korean institutes) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment to Duzon.
  • (Participants from non-Korean institutes) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM. This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

By Bank Transfer

  • Please find your registration fee invoice in the online registration system and make a transfer to the written bank account in the invoice.
  • Sender’s name MUST BE 4-digit Registration Number + Registrant’s Name. (Ex: 0000 Secretariat)
  • All bank remittance charges for sender and receiver are to be paid by the participant. As these fees are not listed in the invoice, please check with the bank for the final amount of payment.

After making your transfer, please send your remittance slip to the Secretariat (registration@nvmts2024.org). Once your deposit details are verified, the Secretariat will email you a confirmation on your registration within a week.

Cancellation Policy

  • To request a refund and cancel your registration, please notify the NVMTS 2024 Secretariat via email at registration@nvmts2024.org. After the conference, a refund will be made upon receipt of this written request.
  • All bank service charges for sender and receiver are to be paid by the participant, and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
By September 20, 2024 KST 100% Refund
From September 21, 2024 KST No Refund

Proofs of Payment & Participation

For Online Registrants

  • Invoice for registration fee will show up in the online registration system once you submit your registration.
  • Receipt and Confirmation Letter will appear later once we verify your payment.
  • Certificate of Participation will be available on the online registration system for download starting the first day of the conference (Monday, October 21, 2024.)

For On-site Registrants

Please send your request to our secretariat at registration@nvmts2024.org.
You should mention your REGISTRATION NUMBER (4-digit number on your on-site name badge), NAME and AFFILIATION in your email.
