Full Paper Submission Deadline

All invited speakers and poster presenters can submit an extended version of their abstract (full paper) for publication on IEEE Xplore.
Please follow the below instruction to prepare the full paper and submit it to the secretariat via online submission system.
1. Submit full paper file to NVMTS 2024 Online Submission System (Authors)
After logging in the online system, submit your IEEE PDF full paper by clicking the Upload button corresponding to your paper at the Paper Submission/Status Tab.
Full paper manuscript submission to NVMTS website (for peer review) by November 20, 2024 (KST 23:59)
2. Technical Program Committee Review (Reviewers)
Technical Program Committee peer reviews completed by December 2, 2024 (KST 23:59)
3. Prepare full paper in IEEE compatible PDF (Authors)
Use the below full paper template to prepare your full paper and save it in IEEE compatible PDF format.
Please note that all accepted papers submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). Submit full paper with any required changes to IEEE PDF Express by December 9, 2024 (KST 23:59)

4. Sign the IEEE e-Copyright (eCF) (Authors)
All accepted papers submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore will need a signed IEEE Copyright Form. The link to access and sign the document will be sent directly to the corresponding authors of the papers via email.
After clicking the link, please use the provided username and password in the email to login the IEEE e-copyright system. After completion, the signed IEEE Copyright Form will be sent to the author via email. Submit signed IEEE copyright form to IEEE.

- If authors incur any technical issues related to the eCF, please directly contact the IPR Office at ecopyright@ieee.org.
A version of the signed copyright will be stored automatically in the IEEE system. Therefore, authors do not need to resubmit the signed copyright to the NVMTS 2024 Secretariat.
