We request all attendees of NVMTS 2024 to wear the name badges throughout the symposium.
Those without a valid name badge will be denied entry to the conference venue as well as session rooms.
Credit card and cashes are the only acceptable methods of payment on-site.

Check your confirmation email after submitting the form

Registration Documents
For Online Registrants
- Invoice for registration fee will show up in the online registration system once you submit your registration.
- Receipt and Confirmation Letter will appear later once we verify your payment.
- Certificate of Participation will be available on the online registration system for download starting the first day of the conference (Monday, October 21, 2024.)
For On-site Registrants
Please send your request to our secretariat at registration@nvmts2024.org.
You should mention your REGISTRATION NUMBER (4-digit number on your on-site name badge), NAME and AFFILIATION in your email.
