On-site Registration Procedure

Please refer to the below information for on-site registration and name badge pickup procedure.
We request all attendees of NVMTS 2024 to wear the name badges throughout the symposium.
Those without a valid name badge will be denied entry to the conference venue as well as session rooms.
Credit card and cashes are the only acceptable methods of payment on-site.

Procedure for Pre-Registrants

  • Check the 4-digit Registration No. received via email.

  • Visit Pre-Registration Desk

  • Show your Registration No. to the staff

  • Receive your Name Badge and enter the venue

Procedure for On-site Registrants

  • Scan on-site QR code to access online registration form

  • Fill out registration form

  • Check your confirmation email after submitting the form

  • Visit On-site Registration Desk

  • Show your confirmation email to the registration staff

  • Pay the registration fee

  • Receive your Name Badge and enter the venue

Registration Documents

For Online Registrants

  • Invoice for registration fee will show up in the online registration system once you submit your registration.
  • Receipt and Confirmation Letter will appear later once we verify your payment.
  • Certificate of Participation will be available on the online registration system for download starting the first day of the conference (Monday, October 21, 2024.)

For On-site Registrants

Please send your request to our secretariat at registration@nvmts2024.org.
You should mention your REGISTRATION NUMBER (4-digit number on your on-site name badge), NAME and AFFILIATION in your email.
